OUR SPECIALTIES

Authentic Italian Cuisine

Authentic Italian Cuisine

when we say authentic Italian cuisine .

  We meant it!!!!

Our Italian menu is not vast but a small selective menu .

We use our own fresh herbs, vegetables and spices to create our mouthwatering sauces. The Lick has built a reputation for traditional Pizzas. Our dough is freshly prepared on order the real Italian way. The Lick invented a sauce that is a fusion of Sicilian and Napolitain recipes, with a twist added by myself in order to create an original blend of two of the best regions of pizza sauces I've ever encountered.

BARREL SMOKED  MEATS

I'm an old school guy

So it's no coincidence that I enjoy performing on primitive tools.

Therefore an old fashion barrel and chimney is all i need to make you "LICK" your fingers in public and act inappropriate with our slowly smoked well marinated varieties of meats. Using the essence of real maple wood, apple wood and many others depending on meat selection. If you like Jerk chicken put us to the test!!! and try our real Jamaican marinated recipe or our fall off the bone succulent ribs that melt in your mouth with a perfect crisp and undeniable flavor.

I've been standing om the kitchen counter since I was 2 years old. Watching Momma now Nana cook. Then my very brave Grandma would let me experiment all those crazy 2 year old recipes on her lol.. Love you granny for giving me the confidence it took for me to get this far.

Both my parents are from Barbados. Good Christian folks, that were very active in the church community. Which the members came from various backgrounds ranging from just about all the Caribbean

Islands. As I have always been interested in cooking, and love Caribbean food. This was my start, and its been 43 years of experimenting, travelling and perfecting all those popular dishes from especially Jamaica, Trinidad and of course Barbados.
